It works fine
I have a very old microlite water bottle that has traveled the world with me ..always being perfect for keeping tea hot all day or the water fresh and chilled.I broke the top and mistakenly ordered a wrong size lid. After calling customer service, explaining the story , they replaced it. And this was after a very delightful conversation about how important the water bottle was to me ( the memories of the stickers!!So silly but so true.) The correct lid was shipped promptly and I was not charged even though it had been my error. They could not have been more caring or understanding and my very well traveled , beloved lol Microlite bottle is as good as new. THANK YOU! It’s the best water bottle as is this company and care team standing behind it .
Although the shipment arrived in good condition, the delivery times were late and despite repeated emails to customer service, no response was received
Lid arrived with an already damaged hinge (even though the packaging was in perfect condition.... telling me this was already damaged pre-shipping). Emailed the company on 4/18/24 and as of 4/30/24 I have yet to receive a reply.
