Oddly enough, the day after I wrote the first review, the replacement pan arrived. Packed very well and pleasantly surprised. Updated to 4 stars, because of the initial hassle and lack of computer communication. (Zero responses from emails sent, no tracking provided, even though I asked specifically for it and was even written on the packing slip that arrived with the replacement). It took actually calling and talking to a person, but they were very helpful and worked at getting the issue resolved.
I ordered two dish pans and they were shipped damaged. One quick phone call, a few pictures of the damage, and a few day later I had replacements that were perfect.
I was shocked when I called that my call was answered my a customer service representative.
