Absolute junk

One star rating, but should be a zero. Bought one because it SHOULD have been exactly what I was wanting. I have found other brand X blue enamel stuff to be very sturdy over the years and figured GSI would have a great quality product. First one came with a leak upon arrival. No big deal. I figured, sometimes such things happen. Got a second one on warranty. Second one, after the second or third time boiling water in it, I looked inside an notice the blue enamel starting to flake off all over on the inside. Which means if you were pouring boiled water into hot cocoa, tea, or instant coffee, the dark liquid hid the fact that you were drinking the tiny flakes of blue enameling. I may be wrong, but guessing that's probably not good for you. Got a third one (at least it was a warranty replacement also, though it took forever to get in touch with someone). One single time boiling and blue enamel was flaking off on this one too---see the photo where the huge spot of enameling has come off on the interior and continues to flake. None of these were left cooking on a stove while empty. No abuse at all. Never put over a fire--which shouldn't matter anyway, as all brand X blue enamel outdoor cookware I've used previously you can let a fire cook the heck out of it with no problems. Completely unsatisfactory. A shame the quality is so horrifically poor. Save your money. I lost mine.
