PEANUT BUTTER PANCAKES

First, find your favorite buttermilk pancake mix (itโs camping, after all, who has time for anything else?). Whip up 1 cup of pancake mix into a batter according to package instructions. Add ยผ cup peanut butter to the batter and mix until most of the lumps are gone. Adjust by adding more water or more peanut butter to get desired texture. Scoop a spoonful of batter onto aย Griddleย heated over a two-burner stove. Cook until golden brown on each size. Top with syrup, chopped nuts, berries, or more peanut butter. Makes 10 pancakes.

Ingredients:

- ยผ cup milk of your choice
