Took this frying pan out for the first time on a 4 day river trip. After the first meal, the non-stick coating was already flaking off. By the end of the 4 days, little was left. I did use silicone and plastic utensils and a soft scrubber. Really made us wonder about what we were ingesting but on the river, no way to replace it. Now have to go find a new one. Kinda expensive for only 4 days of use. And I cut the second handle off to better fit in my kit.

It’s just what we were looking for, we haven’t used it yet but we expect it will fit our needs perfectly. We wanted something we could use for both gas and induction. I took one star off because the folding handle doesn’t lock securely in place like the other GSI pans.
