Support and Warranty
Danger
DANGER: Always assume that the handle will be very hot during use and after cooking. Always use the appropriate protection to insulate your hand from the heat of the handle.
Warranty
All GSI Outdoors products are fully warranted to the original owner against manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear, which includes, but is not limited to, scuffs, dust, dirt, abrasion, etc., is not a valid reason for a warranty return. Repairs due to accident, improper care, or negligence will be performed at a reasonable charge.
Warning
WARNING: Prior to initial use, always wash with hot water and mild detergent at home and dry immediately. Use only nylon pads or scrapers to clean surfaces. Metal pads and scrapers can damage and/or remove seasoning. Always allow components to dry completely before storing. Remove stains by scouring with a paste of course salt or baking soda with warm water. Never rinse or submerge a hot pan into water as this can damage the Dutch oven.
