INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS

Return Policy

  1. Submit a Request Form with order number, reason why, and items you would like to return so we can quickly process your refund and credit the card used for the purchase. 
  2. We will send you an RMA form to include in the package.  
  3. Place item(s) to be returned and the RMA form into the package and securely seal the package.
  4. Ship package to GSI Outdoors ATTN: Returns 1023 S Pines Rd, Spokane WA 99206. 
  5. Please note that GSI Outdoors does not currently offer prepaid return shipping labels.
  6. Be sure to make note of the tracking information. GSI Outdoors cannot accept responsibility until the package arrives at our facility. 

You may return unused item(s) purchased at gsioutdoors.com within 30 days from the date of the order for a refund. Returned items must be in their original packaging.  Please contact our customer service department for a return authorization prior to returning any items. 

Please note that we do not refund any original shipping charges and that we do not currently offer prepaid return shipping labels.

Refunds may take up to three weeks to process due to the time required for shipping and bank processing. Exchanges are not available. GSI Outdoors cannot issue credit for items lost during return shipping if proof of tracking is unavailable.  Please make sure that you keep your tracking information.

Warranty

GSI Outdoors products are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against material and workmanship defects. For more detail, please review our Warranty Policy
