RETURN POLICY

To process a return, please fill out an RMA form after ensuring that you are eligible per the requirements outlined below:

We will accept returns for orders returned within 30 days of the original purchase date that were purchased directly from GSIOutdoors.com

All returned items must be in new condition.

Credits will be issued in the form of a refund to the Credit Card used for the original purchase. Refunds are for product only, as shipping charges are non-refundable.

You will receive your Return Merchandise Authorization via e-mail which will include your RMA# as well as instructions for the return. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. GSI Outdoors cannot issue credit for items lost during return shipping if proof of tracking is unavailable.

Please allow 3-4 business days after receipt of your return for your credit to be issued. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the credit once it has been issued.

Please click here to fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization form. You will need to enter the following information to process your return: Name, Email, Order #, Order Date, Item and Reason for Return.

All GSI Outdoors products purchased in North America are covered by a Lifetime Warranty against material and workmanship defects. Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced at our discretion and GSI Outdoors reserves the right to make the determinations as to the use of this policy. Products failing due to normal wear and tear, abuse or natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time will be repaired for a nominal fee.
