TO PRESERVE THE FUNCTIONALITY AND APPEARANCE OF YOUR GRIDDLE: Use only nylon or wooden utensils to prolong nonstick surface. DO NOT COOL RAPIDLY! Air cool and allow unit to soak in hot water before washing. Use only non-abrasive sponges, washcloths, and cleaners.
